The Weald Smokery is one of the last remaining traditional food smokers in Britain, producing the finest smoked meat, fish & cheeses. Set in picturesque Sussex woodland, the smokers is dedicated to using only local, ethical suppliers. The only exception is salmon, which are sourced from sustainable farms in Scotland.

Beal's Farm is an award-winning family run business with their herd of free range Mangalitza pigs, which are locally reared and produced into a range of charcuterie. Beal's Farm uses techniques learnt from local villagers in Andalusia where they lived for eleven years. Mangalitza prom is considered among the tastiest in the world due to it's highly marbled, rich, flavourful meat, which is high in omega-3 fatty acids.
